Nutritional Counseling services are by appointment only. The sessions involve a three-prong approach: assessment, education, and development of a plan to assist in your nutrition and health goals. Together, we focus on preventative maintenance, life style changes, and stress management. If you have a medical condition, please consult your health care provider before seeking our services.
